The Saint-Jérôme studio will welcome you in a large room for 64 people, a lounge area, a healthy smoothie bar and large changing rooms. Hot Yoga at IDOLEM is a series of very dynamic positions and breathing exercices practiced in a room heated to body temperature, 37 degrees Celsius. It is a very physical discipline that works the muscles in depth and allows them to be defined. Hot Yoga is aimed at women and men, beginners and experienced alike and represents real sports training exercised gently.
